What is COPA Coca-Cola®?
COPA Coca-Cola® South Africa is a football tournament open only to U-15 teams with the aim of finding new talent and promoting an active, healthy lifestyle.
COPA Coca-Cola® Heroes team
First competing at district level, winners advance to regionals before going to provincial finals between 10 August and 21 September 2013; the national finals will take place from 11 to 13 October in Cape Town.
The scouted team will represent South Africa at the COPA Coca-Cola® International Camp in Brazil during the 2014 FIFA World Cup™.

Exercising for at least 30 minutes daily can benefit health by helping to build and maintain healthy bones, muscles and joints, reduce feelings of depression and anxiety and control weight (as part of a balanced kilojoule controlled diet).
